Go to the My Awards page in Brightspace. To learn how to access this page, read the article: Where do I find my Awards?

Find the awards you want to use as evidence in Portflow and click Share.

Click Create Link.

A unique link will be generated. Copy this link by clicking Copy Link.

Next, click on Portflow in the navigation bar, then click on My Evidence and select Add evidence.

Choose the option Add link

Enter a name and paste the link under URL 1. Once you've filled in the details, click Add.

The award will be added as evidence, and you can view it by clicking the link at the bottom.
