This guide showcases to you how to create a Portflow snapshot, if you have already created one you can follow this guide on how to hand-in your Portflow snapshot within Brightspace.
In order to submit your snapshot within Brightspace, you have to first create a Portflow Snapshot within Portflow. You can do this easily by first going to "Portflow" and selecting "Create a snapshot" in the top-right corner.
A popup modal will appear. First, click on "Next", and in Step 2, you select which collections you would like to include in your snapshot for assessment. You can toggle a single collection or multiple by clicking on the "Toggle" icon. Once you're happy with your selection, click on "Next".
In Step 3, you'll see the evidence included within each collection. (Note: you wont see which goal the evidence is connected to in this menu to change that, you need to exit the snapshot creator.) By default, all evidence within a collection is selected, but you can toggle off specific evidence items if you dont want them included by clicking the "Toggle" icon. Once you're satisfied, click on "Next".
In Step 4, give your snapshot a version name and description. This is only for your own organization within the "My snapshots" page. Click "Save" once you've filled in the version name.
The version name and description are not visible to your assessor within Brightspace once you submit the snapshot.
You've now successfully created a Portflow snapshot. You can go to your Brightspace assignment and submit it within the relevant course.
