In Portflow, it is possible to generate an assessment link for a snapshot of the portfolio. An assessment link allows someone outside Brightspace to view a snapshot. You can share this link (with a password) in Onstage, for example.
Creating an assessment link
Ensure that you have created a snapshot of the components you wish to share for assessment;
1. Go to the 'My snapshots' page
2. Click on the three dots (⋮) in the line of the portfolio version you want to share
3. Click on 'Generate shareable link'
4. Select 'Assessment link'
5. Click on 'I understand' to generate
6. Copy the link and password for the portfolio so that you can share it.
7. Click 'OK'
Once the link has been generated, the icon next to "Actions" will turn blue. Click on it to find the link and password again.
